About Us
At Land Alliance, we put people back at the centre of project design, delivery and evaluation.
Land Alliance brings together a unique set of knowledge, experience and skills across the development, environment and social areas. Bringing extensive experience in working collaboratively with individuals and groups throughout WA including social research, facilitation, evaluation and review, local environmental and community knowledge, program and project management, reporting and on-ground delivery. We combine strategic analysis with grassroots understanding and our experience and confidence enables us to approach each situation with the creativity required rather than simply applying the same old methods and tools because “that’s what has always been done”.
Co-design
Co-design has become the latest buzz word. When we talk about co-design we bring a level of authenticiy and understand that we are creating more of a partnership rather than simply engagement.
Co-ordinated Effort
Getting people to work together in a meaningful way requires commitment and skill. We have a track record of bringing disparate people together to own their problem, their solution and their actions.
Measuring Success
Monitoring and Evaluation is often seen as an external requirement but when built into a project from the beginning it also helps to motivate people and capture the information to tell the story of a project.
